SQUARES Project Consortium Meeting in Gdańsk
On the 18th and 19th of July, the SQUARES project consortium held a pivotal meeting at Gdańsk University of Technology in Gdańsk, Poland. This gathering brought together SQUARES partners to discuss and analyze the current state of the project and to collaborate on future initiatives.
One of the primary focuses of the meeting was to review the results of the skills gap analysis conducted in the Asian partner countries. This analysis is crucial for understanding the existing gaps in skills and competencies within various industries and sectors. The findings will help in tailoring educational programs and initiatives to better meet the needs of these regions.
In addition to the skills gap analysis, a comprehensive workshop was conducted to develop an educational framework for each targeted domain. This workshop aimed to create structured and effective educational strategies that can be implemented to address the identified skills gaps. Participants worked collaboratively to design frameworks that are adaptable, scalable, and relevant to the needs of each specific domain.
