SQUARES consortium is finalizing WP2, dedicated to crafting a comprehensive strategy aimed at rectifying the prevalent skill mismatches within the targeted Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). The overarching objective is to bridge the gap between the existing educational curriculum and the evolving demands of both the civil and industrial engineering sectors as witnessed in the labor market.

To effectively tackle this challenge, WP2 will adopt a multi-faceted approach, integrating various methodologies and resources to ensure a robust and adaptable strategy. WP2 endeavors to narrow the competence gap between academia and industry, equipping graduates with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in the dynamic landscape of civil and industrial engineering.
