Next ERASMUS + CBHE SQUARES Project Laboratory equipped at Tribhuvan University

Good news from Nepal!
A new lab under the ERASMUS+ CBHE SQUARES project is now up and running at Tribhuvan University’s Institute of Engineering, Pulchowk Campus.
The lab was officially inaugurated on 27 November 2025, with the Head of the Department of Civil Engineering, the Chair of the Civil Engineering Subject Committee, and faculty from different institutions in attendance.
Colleagues from all five constituent campuses and ten affiliated colleges took part, showing strong support and interest in the project. Right after the inauguration, a Workshop on Syllabus Detailing took place, giving faculty a chance to work together on improving and fine-tuning the curriculum.
The new interactive display has been installed in Burja Hall at the Department of Civil Engineering. This is the only interactive hall used by eight MSc programmes and the undergraduate civil engineering programme, and it regularly hosts seminars, talks, workshops, and academic meetings.
With this new digital setup, teaching and learning at Pulchowk Campus will be even more engaging and interactive, fully in line with the SQUARES project’s goal of supporting better academic quality and modern learning environments.
